Tutorial: Enforcing Credit Limits

  1. Open a B2B Customer's profile in the CRM.
  2. Navigate to Credit Settings.
  3. Enter a hard Credit Limit (e.g., $10,000).
  4. If the customer currently owes $9,000 on past invoices, and tries to place a $2,000 order through the portal (or a sales rep tries to process it on the POS), the system will block the transaction.
  5. The checkout button will be disabled, forcing the customer to either pay down their balance or use a credit card for the current order.

Automated Statements

You can configure the system in Settings > Billing to automatically email PDF Account Statements to all B2B clients on the 1st of every month, reminding them of their open balances without any manual effort from your finance team.
