Drivers do not use the complex admin dashboard. They use a dedicated, offline-capable mobile web app optimized for tablet and phone screens.

Tutorial: Processing a Field Sale

  1. The driver selects the Customer from their daily route list.
  2. They tap New Sale.
  3. They use the device camera (or connected bluetooth scanner) to scan the products they are delivering.
  4. The app displays the exact total based on that specific customer's wholesale tier.
  5. The driver captures a digital signature on the screen, selects the payment method (Cash or Credit Account), and taps Confirm Delivery.
  6. A digital receipt is instantly emailed to the customer, and the inventory is deducted from the vehicle.

Offline Resilience

If the driver enters a basement stockroom with no cell service, the app continues to function. Sales are stored locally in IndexedDB and will automatically sync to the main server when a connection is restored.
